A Lima Painting Crew That Preps First
Family-run by Maria and Mario, based on Brower Road, and known for the part of the job nobody photographs: the washing, patching, sanding, and priming that decides how long the color lasts.
One crew, from the first scrape to the last touch-up
Huinac Painting LLC is a family-run renovation and painting company working out of Lima, Ohio. Maria and Mario run the business together, and the same crew that gives you the estimate is the crew that shows up, covers your floors, and paints your house.
We do interior and exterior painting, drywall installation and repair, wall texture, wallpaper removal, wall patching, wood staining, and power washing, for homes and for businesses. Keeping all of that in one crew means a water stain, the drywall behind it, and the finish coat over it are one job with one price, instead of three contractors blaming each other.
Most of our work comes from people who watched us do a neighbor's house. That's the whole marketing plan, and it only works if the prep is real: siding gets washed and dried, bare wood gets primed, caulk joints get cut out and replaced, patches get feathered and sanded flat. Then the color goes on.
We cover Lima and the towns around it, out to Findlay, Van Wert, and Celina. Estimates are free and in writing, we work six days a week, and the last invoice goes out after you've walked the job with us.
