Elida

Elida is a short drive from our shop, so estimates happen fast and crews start on time. Most of what we do here is interior repainting and drywall repair on family homes that are ready for their next chapter of color.

Outside, Elida gets the full Ohio weather cycle, and it shows on south and west elevations first. We wash, scrape, prime, and re-caulk before the finish coat so the exterior lasts through more than a couple of winters.

Decks, fences, and pergolas here are usually overdue for a clean and a fresh coat of stain. We wash and brighten the wood first, then back-brush the stain so it actually penetrates.
