Lima

Lima is home. Our shop sits on Brower Road, which means most Lima jobs get scheduled sooner, get checked on more often, and get their punch list closed the same week. Whether it's a two-story on the west side or a storefront downtown, we are ten minutes away.

Lima's housing stock skews older, and older houses come with plaster walls, layered paint, settled corners, and trim that has been caulked six times. We patch, skim, and prime that work back to flat before a finish coat goes on, because on a hundred-year-old wall the prep is the job.

We also handle commercial work across the city: offices, shops, warehouses, and rental turnovers, scheduled after hours or in phases so your floor keeps working while we paint.
