Ottawa

Ottawa is our anchor in Putnam County, about twenty minutes north of Lima. We paint houses, offices, and shops here, and we handle a steady amount of drywall work along the way.

Water damage is a familiar story in Ottawa. Stained ceilings and soft board get cut out and replaced rather than painted over, and every stain gets a stain-blocking primer so it stays gone.

Exteriors get washed first, always. Around the river the mildew and chalking build up fast, and paint will not bond to either one.
